We ship to all destinations!
An Order Confirmation, with your Invoice number in the sudject line, will be emailed to you once we have received confirmation of your payment on PayPal. Upon receipt of the Confirmation, please check carefully and 1. verify your shipping address, let us know if it is inaccurate. Please note that we do not ship to a P.O. Box.
Secondly, please 2. provide us with your valid contact number for courier services by replying our email. Please make sure you have entered the area code correctly to avoid shipment deferment. Before sending, 3. read the Additional Notes to Customer for any specific terms and conditions regarding your order.

We ship packages through FedEx International Priority Shipment for international orders and S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited for local (Hong Kong) orders.
Tracking Numbers will be provided via Shipment Notification email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping fees or any additional charges are available after your selection on destination. It will be automatically added to the Total of your bill.
For destinations with a "$0.00 shipping fees", please fill in a valid delivery address and email on the PayPal payment page. Our staff will get in touch with you and list the correct shipping fess on your Order Confirmation email. Please arrange the payment with reference to instructions listed at "Additional Notes to Customer". We will re-send an Order Confirmation to you and arrange the shipment once we receive your payment on shipping.
Once we have received your reply on Order Confirmation with valid contact numbers and shipping address, we will start preparing your shipment no later than the next business day. For in-stock items in our warehouse, we typically send out the shipment within 3-5 business days.
We estimate a 1-week delivery time. However, there may be deferment due to additional clearance procedures.
If you need your package sooner, please leave us a message at "Note to Seller" or by email to email@example.com. For order placed by 3pm (GMT +8) Monday through Friday, we will try to ship out the items on the same day.
Please note that we do not have working hours on Saturdays and Sundays. You can expect an extended delivery date if your order is placed on weekends or holidays.
