If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for an exchange!
Whilst we are performing comprehensive quality check and making our best effort to ensure the products are delivered to you in its perfect condition, accidents and mistakes may still occur. We offer product exchange for incorrect or damaged items. If you received the wrong products, products which was defective upon arrival or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at (852) 3426-9136 or firstname.lastname@example.org during our hours of operation, Mon-Fri 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. to request a return.
We only accept return of products purchased directly from us or our authorized distributors. If you have purchased a Hong Kong RFID product from a third party, please refer to information provided by them.
For eligible products, you have up to 72 hours from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Authorization Form (RAF) via email if our company agree to arrange a product replacement for your purchase. All products, including returns under warranty, must be returned witht the RAF and in the original packaging, including any accessorie, CDs, manuals, and documentation. Item(s) must be received by Hong Kong RFID Ltd. (HK-RFID) with 14 calendar days from when the RAF is issued.
The item(s) remains in your care before it gets back to us, you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item(s) while in transit to HK-RFID. You are responsible for the pre-payment of any return and shipping cost (including any duties or customs) induced which are non-refundable. You care strongly recommended to use a traceable shipping method for your own protection. For international returns,mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.
An item is INELIGIBLE for return if:-
it is not purchased from us or our authorized distributors;
it is damaged due to physical/ accidental abuse such as manual damages;
it is returned due to personal dissatisfaction product appearance or colour options;
the return request is made later than 72 hours;
an RAF or one/ some part(s) is missing;
it is not in the original packaging;
it is with normal wear and tear after usage, that is not covered under the warranty.
If you return an item(s) to HK-RFID (a) without an RAF from us or (b) without all parts included in the original package, HK-RFID retains the right to either refuse offering a product replacement/ delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the item(s) or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher. Please check the product(s) carefully upon delivery. Kindly accept our apology that no replcement is available after acknowledgement of the products. HK-RFID reserves the right to refuse return, re-issue or replacement for an item(s) that does not comply with the above mentioned requirements.
We will offer and arrange to re-send the product once we have acknowledged a Product Replacement. Please allow 10 business days from when we receive your return to process your product replacement. You will be notified by email once your product replacement is processed.
If we receive a return that we cannot accept, we will give you the option either to re-ship it to you (at your cost), or to pay for a restocking fee.
Note: HK-RFID reserve the right to revise the above Return and Replacement Policy at any time without prior notice.
