Mrs Rita Lau (PSCT) and Mr Eddy
Chan (CIT) Visits Hong Kong RFID
June 2008
We are honored to have Mrs. Rita Lau, Permanent Secretary
for Commerce and Economic Development (Communications and
Technology) and Mr. Eddy Chan, Commissioner for Innovation
and Technology visit us at our office on 4th June 2008.
During Mrs. Lau and Mr. Chans visit, we gave a
demonstration of our active equipment as well as showing
video clips of our renowned jewellery management system Xapphire™. Both Mrs. Lau and Mr. Chan showed great interest
in RFID technology as well as its applications. Later during
the visit, we presented on our company background and
history and shared some of our past experience in applying
RFID technology in different fields. Mrs. Lau expressed
appreciation in our founders effort in developing such
innovative technology and products and encouraged us to
excel in this particular field in the future.
Hong Kong RFID has grown rapidly during the past few years
and has made major mile stones on the way. The visit was
somewhat a token of appreciation and recognition to our hard
work and success in the past few years. We would like to
thank our loyal staff as well Hong Kong Science & Technology
Parks for supporting and contributing in our success. We
would continue developing our business and strive for
excellence in the future.
